"It was a long 6 hour journey to get there but once we arrived it all seemed worth it. The scenery was absolutely lovely. I particularly enjoyed the hikes around the mountains. So much so, that I even managed to rise early enough to take a walk around before breakfast. I think the highlight for me was definitely the horse riding up the mountain. We managed to cover a lot of ground with the horses and the views were breathtaking."
