This letter, sent to us by the parents one of our first wedding couples, underlines the quality and service that we work so hard to achieve and maintain.

Dear Sue, 

It gives us enormous pleasure to write this letter of gratitude to you and your capable team for your efficiency and courtesy during the wedding of our son Darren to Yvonne on Saturday 19th July 2003. What was already a magical day was greatly enhanced by you and your staff. The happy friendly faces of your team did not in any way detract from their professionalism. The courteous and efficient manner in which they went about their business was very impressive. No request was too great or small for them to deal with. 

You can be justly proud of them all and at the same time give yourself a pat on the back for your leadership and guidance. We must also ask you to pass on our heartfelt thanks and complements to the chef for the quality of the wedding luncheon and the evening buffet - wonderful.

You see Sue, if any of the above was not up to the required standard it would have ruined what is arguably the most important and happiest day in their life. Your dedication and the efficiency of your team ensured that their very special day became the magical day it should be. Once again please accept our heart-felt thanks for ensuring that their wedding day was very special indeed.
