Location:    Maerdy Mountain Walk (A4233 between Aberdare & Maerdy)

Directions: Proceed via Glynneath towards Merthyr Tydfill on A465. Set your sat nav for Maerdy. Turn right at 2nd roundabout after Glynneath, off A465, to Aberdare and from Aberdare take A4233 to Maerdy. Park on the forest track parking areas just before you descend into Maerdy itself.
