Things to do at the Castle
Have you ever thought about bringing a group to the Castle, perhaps you are a School, Youth club or Womens institute and are looking for something different - lunch, a walk in the park and a tour of an Historic and Romantic Castle.
Craig Y Nos Castle is now offering Group Lunches and History Tours midweek.

We offer 3 distinct types of Tours
- Free Tours
When staying overnight we run daily tours from 10.30 each morning, you will visit all areas of the Castle on the ground floor and subject to accessibility can visit "some hidden" areas that are generally out of bounds to the public. You will learn all about the history of the Castle, from the time of Adelina Patti, through to the Hospital Years and up to the present day. Tours last approx 1.5 hours and run most days Monday to Friday
- £10 Tours
- Light Lunch Tour
For £22.50 per person we are able to offer a selection of sandwiches and crisps, or soup and a roll or similar along with a Tour and Coffee/Tea and Biscuits - ideal for groups of 10 people wishing to find out about the Castle and its history. You must book in advance and these Tours are subject to availability and can be booked midweek only starting from 12.30 onwards.
- Dinner & Tour
A full tour of the Castle and grounds and question and answer session, with Coffee or Tea and biscuits along with either a 2 Course for £30 or 3 course Dinner for just £35. These must be booked in advance and are subject to availability starting from 12.30 onwards.

*Please note you will be accessing areas of the Castle that are no usually seen by the public, these areas can be cold and involve walking up stairs and sadly are not wheelchair friendly - your group can of course, opt for a talke in our Theatre instead of a Tour.
